UAE bank can authorize any collection agency to recover the money from you. The process of recovery should be through legal proceedings and can not be through harassment. I suggest you to approach near by police station to file complaint against the collection agency.

As such we should properly check the documentation properly yes they might sue a case and itÕs not a big deal to Over come it provided if we know accurate details of the case as such it is cross border transaction.

You may file a criminal complaint in the nearest police station against the person who is harassing or abusing you or your reputation. You may file a complaint to the Central Bank against the bank if it is done by a bank employee.

Harrasment under Indian Penal Code : Section 294 of IPC
If a person does an obscene act in public, recites or utters obscene words to annoy and torture a person in public, is punishable under the law. The offender would be booked under section 294 of the Indian Penal Code and would be liable for an imprisonment up to three years or with a fine or both.
