There is a separate rule for opening for Liquor shops. In case if it was violated any one can lodge a complaint against such persons.
here publics opinion impotent. So please ask some other residential person who are really affected by such shop, and together lodge a complaint to the Concerned authority and also copy to a The Commissioner of Police and the Local Jurisdictional Police.
The law on issueance of licese to run the liquor shop is very clear to the effect that the existence of the liquor shop shall not be a nuisence to the residential area person. Better for you to have the advise from the advocate who has got food knowledge on Excise law now in force, connecting to issuance of license to the liquor shop in the residential area. You have to immediately send a legal notice to the House owner asking him to vacate the liquor business immediately. If he does not oblige we can file an injunction suit to permanently restrain such activities in residential area.
