Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL) is one of the pioneer Power Distribution Utilities in India in the Electricity Industry. Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in Sept-2003 as a result of unbundling of erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board pursuant to Power Sector Reforms initiated by the Central and State Governments, the Company became commercially operational since April-2005.

The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (A Govt. of Gujarat Undertaking) Electrical and electronics Engineering is almost same as Electrical engineering, whole syllabus of both the subjects are same.

Overruling an expert opinion by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) that a B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics is not equal to B.Tech. in Electrical, the Delhi High Court has held that the two degrees are equal in the case of Nisha v. Union of India.

Thus, based on this ruling, you can approach the High Court of State or Union Territory under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, it would depend on whether your syllabus of Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics was same as Bachelors of Technology in Electrical. If it was same, then you can go to the High Court and pray for get ruling in your favour.
