How to get compassionate recruitment in SBI after father’s death?

Response

My opinion is that you have absolute right on the compassionate ground for getting suitable job according to the efficiency & educational level ,you have follow proper legal steps & move at the competent forum for establish your legitimate demand.

this is a suggestion based only on common sense. First mistake in your query is word ‘claim’. It is not a right to claim. SBI is fully empowered to recruit on compassionate grounds in any post for which clear vacancy exists. You should appeal to the higher authorities of SBI bringing out how sudden passing away of your father has caused the financial distress in addition to emotional stress. You should produce authentic documents to show family’s financial stress. Your mother should inform SBI that she and her other children have no objection if your application is considered. You should also enclose your educational and birth certificates and request SBI authorities to consider your application favorably for appointment on compassionate grounds in relaxation of normal rules. I don’t understand meaning of compensatory grounds.

In deserving cases even where there are one or more earning member in the family, a dependent family member may be considered for compassionate appointment, if having regard to the number of dependents, assets and liabilities left by the Court Officer/servant, income of the earning member as also their liabilities.
