You cannot file application for setting aside the injunction order of court online and you need the assistance of an advocate who will file a petition for cancellation of the injunction order and you will need to contest the case by verifying the case and filing counter and you can file a petition to set aside the injunction order by proving your title and possession as the seller first sold the property to you and then to this new party.

Setting aside of injunction order is covered under Rule 3 A of Order 39, Code of Civil Procedure which states that a court to dispose of application for injunction within thirty days. Rule 3 A of Order 39 states that where an injunction has been granted without giving a notice to the opposite party, the court shall make an endeavour to finally dispose of the application within thirty days from the date on which the injunction was granted; and where it is unable to do, it shall record its reasons for such inability.

Therefore, you cannot file application for setting aside the injunction order of court online and you need the assistance of an advocate who will file a petition for cancellation of the injunction order under Order 39.
