A CSD canteen facility is provided to all members of the armed forces during their service and after their service. As your question is not complete, no advice can be given.
If you are facing any issue with the said facility, you can very well approach the Armed Forces Tribunal with your grievances and get justice. All CAPF personnel have been served since 2006 through 126 master canteens and 1042 subsidiary canteens located at various places in India.

Existing and retired personnel are eligible to purchase high-hold products in CPC, and family members are also allowed. CPC has also provided a facility to get two-wheelers and four-wheelers at subsidy rates.
Generally, CAPFs include the troops of BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, and Assam Rifles. Other personnel like RPF, SPG, NCRG, and NIA are also eligible to get canteen items from CPC. All Commissioner Officers and Ex-Servicemen from Defence Personnel can buy a car through CSD. can also get finance from private banks or subsidized banks as per their sole discretion. At present, retired civilian employees are allowed to buy groceries and other day-to-day items from the canteens but are not allowed to purchase white goods like televisions, refrigerators, washing machines or automobiles.
