Does a guard of a public park has a right to stopped the children who come there to play from entering into such park under the law?

Me and my friends were stopped by guard of a park and told not to come there ever as that park is belongs to RWA(residential welfare association) or that park club only .

So do we have any chances to access on this park or does guard did right to stop us from entering into it.

Response

It is not unlawful for children to play in park. It is the fundamental right of youngsters for a secure childhood and playing in park is a part of that.

It comes under Article 21 of the Constitution.

People who prevent children from playing in park may be reminded of this essential right.

Parks canÕt bloom with out youngsters ,so nobody can stop to youngsters and adults to play in the parks.

Even Delhi HC have ruling come over this but donÕt play after 10p.m if such park maintained with the aid of using RWA.

So play correctly with out causing any harm to others .

It is for public use. No one have rights to say on authorities properties.

Children ought to not play on roads.

No regulation ever made to limit children to play on park or any authorities recreation grounds.

What can I do if a family is taking up a public park:
Not much. You simply said itÕs a public park, and that means every person can use it.

Unless they’re forcing you away or making the park absolutely unusable by anyone else, they have got simply as a whole lot right to be there.

That doesnÕt imply they’re being considerate or polite though.

If they’re hogging the park, then theyÕre simply simple rude and inconsiderate.

Pick your battles carefully. These days humans are overreacting for even the most petty of reasons.

If you push them so you can use the park, they’ll react with bodily violence.

Your safety and nicely being need to come first. Is pushing your right to apply a public park worth risking your protection?

Whatever you do, please donÕt boost this into an emergency call.

Not being able to use a park because a person else is hogging it does now no longer constitute a lifestyles or loss of life emergency.

As said by the delhi High court that parks canÕt bloom with out youngsters ,so nobody can prevent to youngsters and adults to play in the parks.

Delhi High Court have ruling come over this however donÕt play after 10p.m if such park maintained by RWA.

So you could play correctly with out causing any harm to others and no protect can stop you from getting into the public park.”
