was permission of dm was taken? for sale between owner of sc category and plot developer General category your first query if permission is taken and sc st owner name is still mutation than it probably because plot developer wouldd get cheque drawn in favour of sc owner. this happen all time but you need to understand that if person your paying is there any case dispute in refference to land in court ask him why has land not being yet transferred in his name he will tell you agreement for sale is there probably here you need to understand that agreement for sale do not grant any rts on land. and you can easiliy buy that land without any problem.
